Supre Baji Terms & Conditions – everything you need to know before you play

1General Terms

By creating an account or using Supre Baji, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the platform for the first time.

This document constitutes a legal agreement between Supre Baji and its users. Both parties are bound by what is stated here. Just as Supre Baji is committed to fulfilling its obligations, users are equally required to abide by these rules.

2Account Registration

Opening an account on Supre Baji is straightforward, but there are a few important rules that all users must follow.

Registration Requirements

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all of them will be closed.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and genuine. Providing false or incorrect information will result in account termination.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Sharing your password with others is strictly prohibited.
• Your account is personal and may not be lent or transferred to anyone else.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, report it to Supre Baji support immediately.

Verification Process (KYC)

Supre Baji follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process for security purposes. A copy of your national ID or passport may be required to process withdrawals. This is done entirely for your own protection.

3Age Restriction

Supre Baji is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to use this platform.

• At the time of registration, users must confirm that they are at least 18 years of age.
• Supre Baji may request proof of identity for age verification at any time.
• If a minor registers using false information, their account and all winnings will be permanently forfeited.
• It is the responsibility of the relevant adult to ensure that underage family members cannot access the platform.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit is ৳100 BDT. The maximum limit depends on the payment method.
• The account used for deposits must belong to the same person as the Supre Baji account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

• If a deposit fails to reflect in your account due to a technical issue, please contact support with your transaction receipt.

Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal amount is 500 BDT.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, Supre Baji reserves the right to place payments on hold until an investigation is completed.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Supre Baji regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Please read the terms carefully before claiming any of them.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, typically ranging from 5x to 30x.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only available after the wagering requirement has been met.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once per person.
• Bonuses have a limited validity period. Any bonus not used within the specified timeframe will be automatically forfeited.
• Supre Baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. This bonus is applicable once only and is exclusively for genuine new members. If bonus abuse is detected, the account will be closed.

6Gaming Rules

All games on Supre Baji are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Game outcomes are completely random and impartial.

• Each game has its own set of rules. Please read them before you start playing.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, Supre Baji reserves the right to void the bet and issue a refund.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the result will be determined based on the server record.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Bets in Sports Betting will be settled only after the official results are published.

7Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on Supre Baji. These restrictions are in place to ensure the safety and fairness of all users.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers is strictly prohibited.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Supre Baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances.

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• If false or inaccurate information is found during verification.
• Prolonged inactivity (12 months or more).
• By court order or government directive.
• At the user's own request.

User-Requested Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account, contact support. Make sure to withdraw your balance before closing — recovering funds after an account is closed can be complicated.

Supre Baji accepts no liability for the following.

• If a gaming session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a power outage.
• Delays caused by a third-party payment provider's system.
• Force majeure events — such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or similar circumstances.
• Issues related to the user's own device or internet connection.

11Right to Amend
